After a successful thirty year career in marketing and sales at Xerox Corporation I retired from a senior management position to return to Texas where I chose to become a North Texas REALTOR®. My extensive background in marketing and advertising enables me to bring a fresh perspective into real estate and deliver innovative marketing campaigns for your property using the latest technologies available.

When choosing a North Texas REALTOR® you should look for an agent who has made the commitment to excellence by constantly improving their knowledge and understanding of the business. You should demand an agent with a successful track record, one who has demonstrated their commitment by obtaining not only their real estate license but additional designations. To earn a designation, a REALTOR® must take certain course work and demonstrate specific skills, performance and knowledge in a particular area of the real estate industry. Since becoming a REALTOR® I have continually enhanced my education by taking advanced realty courses and earning designations which allow me to better represent my clients.
Real Estate Designations Earned:
- Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) – specializing in Buyer representation. Agents seeking this designation must complete the core course and two electives and have closed the requisite number of Buyer’s side closings.
- Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) – held by less than 1% of the Nation’s 1.4 million agents, this designation is awarded to those agents who take five core courses, several electives and meet exacting business goals.
- Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) - focusing on the needs of our senior citizens.
- Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) - awarded by the Texas Association of Realtors to those members who successfully complete a five course advanced curriculum consisting of real estate law, finance and marketing.
- Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) - provides the agent with specialized training and resources to assist homeowners who are in financial distress and who may be facing the possibility of foreclosure. Distressed homeowners need an advocate that will act in their best interest and help them find the best solution for their particular situation.
- Texas Affordable Housing Specialist (TAHS) - awarded by the Texas Association of Realtors to those members who have completed a specialized course of study on affordable housing resources and products available within the state of Texas! TAHS Realtors are dedicated to increasing the rate of homeownership and retention in the state of Texas.
- International Real Estate Specialists (IRES) - certification is awarded by the International Marketing Society for Castles and Estates. I.R.E.S. agents possess the training and resources to assist clients who wish to buy or sell properties anywhere in the United States or around the world.
